Oscar de la Hera Gomez
Founder & CEO
Oscar is an award winning multidisciplinary designer & technologist and founder of delasign. His work has been sold in over 30 countries by the Museum of Modern Art and can be found in over 200 Apple stores around the world. He has worked on high-profile projects such as the Apple Watch Nike+, the M•A•C Innovation Lab and the Samsung Galaxy S10.
He has presented as one of Spain's emerging designers at ICFF Talks 2017, has been interviewed by El Mundo and has done work for over 20 Fortune 500 companies including Apple, Nike and Beats.
He has served as a judge for organizations such as the One Club for Creativity, the International Design Awards, the A Design Award, the FWA, the Webbys, the Anthem Awards & the HKDA Global Design Awards.
His work has reached media outlets that include El Mundo, Forbes, The New York Times, Vogue, The Verge, and The Washington Post.
His work has won awards, nominations and shortlists from recognized institutions including Cannes International Festival for Creativity, Industrial Designers Society of America, D&AD, The CLIOs, The One Show, Webby, The Creative Review and Core77.
On Mondays, he teaches a course "BYND RECT" at the School of Visual Arts where he hopes to transmit 14+ years of creative, strategic, engineering and venture experience to his students.
Oscar, born in Basel, Switzerland, is Spanish and was raised in The Netherlands. As an extraordinary lawful permanent US resident, Oscar holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and a Master of the Fine Arts in Products of Design from the School of Visual Arts.Antonio Ferreira Martinez

Antonio Ferreira Martinez is an accomplished professional with a dynamic background in software engineering, accessibility consulting, and digital solutions development. He holds a strong foundation in Telecommunications from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from Université catholique de Louvain.
Antonio has a proven track record of innovation and leadership. As the Founder of DEO, he has been pivotal in assisting companies such as Rolex, BBVA Bank, John Lewis Retail, Cisco, and many others through their accessibility transformation, ensuring inclusive design and development practices, as well as testing automation. His work with Convector Capital Management involved creating a platform for value investors, streamlining financial analysis, and uncovering investment opportunities, showcasing his skills in full-stack development and technological architecture.
During his time at the Global Travel leader Amadeus IT Group, Antonio implemented Section 508 standards required by the US Department of Transportation, ensuring compliance in the design and development of the completely new accessible website solution for airlines. In addition to this he participated in key projects such as the “All Ways Traveling” consortium that Amadeus led, to provide door to door multimodal transportation with a single ticket for bus, rail and airline travel as well as the Amadeus Airlines Hackathon where he won the first prize for the most innovative idea.

Antya Waegmann
Director of Multidisciplinary Design
Antya Waegemann is a Senior Product Designer on the Tinder Trust & Safety team, working in respectfulness helping shift user perspectives and improve behavior.
She has been a researcher in gender violence, worked as a sexual assault and domestic violence advocate at the New York Presbyterian Hospital, which led her to found Margo Health - a startup improving gender violence reporting - which has won various awards such as Fast Company's 2020 World Changing Ideas Award.
She teaches a graduate course in Design Research at MFA Products of Design at the School of Visual Arts.
She has also worked as a researcher in urban planning at the Harvard Graduate School of Design and has worked as a product designer with frog design, Johnson & Johnson, Equinox and InVision.
She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Urban Sustainability from New York University, a Masters of Liberal Arts in Sustainable Innovation from Harvard University and a Masters of Arts in Products of Design from the School of Visual Arts.

He firmly believes in the significance of robust quality assurance processes and meticulous planning from project inception to delivery and post-launch maintenance. Dedication is at the core of Jodha’s work ethos, and he approaches every project with the same level of enthusiasm and commitment.

Marco Basaglia
Design Lead
Born and raised in The Netherlands to a Brazilian, Italian and Japanese family, I moved to the UK to study Electronic Engineering with Music Technology Systems at The University of York.
I discovered my interest in digital product design and began my career as an Interaction Designer at YouView TV in London.
Since then, I have worked at wellbeing & life insurance start-up YuLife and at leading European radio broadcaster Bauer Media Audio where I was responsible for all product design output in innovation and roadmap features for App, Web and Connected Devices during my time.
As a passionate musician and audiophile, I'm also a guitarist in a Funk & Soul function band and also work freelance as an Audio UX Designer and Music Composer for games and digital products.
Max Emrich
Multidisciplinary Designer
Max Emrich is a strategic multidisciplinary designer with a background in industrial design who practices in the space between innovation, strategic, and industrial design.
Rooted in Munich, based in New York, and influenced by places around the globe, he has led work on medical devices, organic waste upcycling, micromobility, quantum computing, and Artificial Intelligence.
As an innovation and futuring lecturer at Parsons and strategic programs lead at RISD, he seamlessly bridges the rigor of academia and the rapid pace of industry.
He is a connector of dots, people and ideas, rooted in prototyping and making - Seeking to untangle systems and redefine possibilities, he wanders between disciplines, embracing complexity.

Pelayo Trives Pozuelo is a designer and developer.

Gonzalo Cachon
Creative Technologist
Gonzalo is a frontend developer with experience in product design teams, where he has contributed to advertising campaigns for traditional media in Spain for major clients such as IKEA, Nissan, Telefónica, Alhambra, and Estrella Galicia. He has worked on projects for the Vocento group, specifically within the Content Factory area, which specializes in the creation of branded content, and includes notable outlets such as ABC, El Correo, and El Norte de Castilla.
Originally trained as a civil engineer at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Gonzalo's passion for technology led him to shift his career path. He pursued programming studies at 42 Madrid by Fundación Telefónica and completed a master’s degree in web development with a focus on the MERN stack at Assembler Institute. Eager to keep learning, he currently lives in rural Spain and aspires to use technology to enhance life in rural communities.
