One of the primary reasons startups fail is due to the lack of a product-market fit, in other words: you did not do the research and you have created something that no one needs which has no return on investment.

What is User Research?

In order to reduce the possibility of that a product, service or experience does not meet the needs of customers and does not result in a return on investment, companies and individuals carry out Design Thinking methodologies which were popularized by Tim Brown, CEO & President of IDEO.

What is Design Thinking?

“The challenge is to use the principles of human-centered design to produce positive results, products that enhance lives and add to our pleasure and enjoyment. The goal is to produce a great product, one that is successful, and that customers love. It can be done.”
