What is a Tagline?
A tagline is a short, permanent phrase that identifies a brand (i.e. an entity, organization, business, company or individual).
Taglines, which are often confused with slogans, are mini-mission statements that succinctly articulate a brands mission and are created to help advertise and position a brand in a way that is memorable to a target audience.
The goal of a tagline is to leave a message in the consumers mind and which can periodically trigger them to think about the brand.
Taglines must be memorable, define the key benefit and be simple.
