As part of bringing a production version of a digital product, service or experience to life a company must setup the project up for success so that a team can work efficiently.

It is also recommended that teams integrate Agile Methodologies or Scrum into their process.

What are Agile Methodologies? What is Scrum?

Our recommended approach to doing this is to create a scaffolding or structure, known as a project skeleton that matches a user experience map and which allows screens/webapges, features or visuals to be developed independently without blocking a team's development ability.

This project skeleton should include elements such as all the screens/webpages and files that are required for development to be carried out as well notes that inform how app and coordinators allow the system to function in unison.

These coordinators should include a Styleguide, that are required to execute your Technology Design System.
