1/ Value identification

At the heart of lean methodology is the elimination of waste. In other words, get rid of anything that doesn't add value.

Any inefficiency is considered waste and anything that delivers value to the target audience (i.e. customers) or optimizes workflows is considered valuable.

2/ Value Stream Mapping

Visualize the value that you are delivering to the target audience (i.e. customers) through a Journey Map, Service Blueprint or Value Proposition Canvas.

3/ Efficient Workflow

Lean methodology focuses on optimizing efficiency and productivity.

We recommend that you employ Agile Methodologies, Scrum and Sprints into your workflow.

4/ Pull System

A pull system involves only creating new work when there’s customer demand.

We recommend using a backlog that is regularly groomed to help guide your team towards an objective that is constantly shifting as time passes by.

5/ Improvement

Lean organizations are hyper-focused on ensuring everything they do creates greater value for the customer. This means evaluating performance, striving for perfection and including teams at all levels in the improvement cycle.

To do this we recommend that you employ Scrum, Sprints and Sprint Retrospectives into your workflow.
